What's on this table tennis score sheet

One A4 sheet records a complete best-of-five or best-of-seven match. The header carries tournament, match number, date, table and round, with an event marker for singles or doubles. Side blocks hold both players' names (partner lines appear for doubles) and their clubs, and doubles matches get a service-order line to fill at the knock-up — the 1st server → 1st receiver → partner → partner sequence that decides serving for the whole match. The games section prints one ruled row per game with large point boxes for both sides, a first-server column and a game-winner column, followed by games-won boxes, match duration, the match-winner box, timeout tick-boxes and a five-signature row.

Scoring quick-reference

Games run to 11 points with service changing every 2 points — and every point at 10–10, where a two-point lead is needed to close. Players change ends after each game and at 5 points in the deciding game. Each side may take one 60-second timeout per match, marked in the tick-boxes above the signatures. These are the common school and federation-style conventions — your tournament's printed rules always prevail.

Print & use tips

Print portrait A4 at 100% scale. Write the first server for each game as it begins — it settles service disputes in deuce games — and enter game scores the moment each game ends rather than reconstructing at the handshake. The mustard accents photocopy cleanly in black and white for club noticeboards.

Is this table tennis score sheet free?

Yes — unlimited free PDF downloads, no signup, generated entirely in your browser with only a small footer credit.

Does it cover best-of-5 and best-of-7?

Yes — choose the format and the sheet prints exactly that many game rows, each with point boxes, a first-server column and a winner column.

How is doubles service order recorded?

Doubles sheets print a dedicated service-order line to fill at the knock-up: first server, first receiver, then partners in sequence — the order that then rotates for the whole match.

What is the two-clear rule at 10–10?

A game must be won by two clear points: at 10–10 play continues (12–10, 13–11 and so on) with service alternating every point. The point boxes are sized for extended scores.

Are timeouts on the sheet?

Yes — one 60-second timeout per side per match, with tick-boxes printed above the signature row.

Can I edit the PDF after downloading?

PDFs are fixed print files — regenerate with corrected details instead; it takes seconds and there is no limit.
