How Negative Marking Works

Net Score = (Correct × Marks per Q) − (Wrong × Penalty per Q)

Negative marking penalises wrong answers to discourage random guessing. Unattempted questions are never penalised — only wrong answers cost you marks. This is why smart attempt strategy matters as much as knowledge.
